It was important for my partner and I to find a photographer who could capture our natural interactions (since neither of us are particularly comfortable being photographed) and Meghan’s style was a perfect fit for what we were looking for. I also want to mention how spectacular it was working with her throughout covid. We had to cancel our original wedding and ended up replanning a destination elopement and Meghan was with us every step of the way. She was incredibly flexible and met us out of state on completely different date than we had originally planned.”

Meghan takes seriously beautiful images that capture the magic and feeling of the moment. Her images speak for themselves. What is a little harder to get a sense for through her portfolio is just how personable, professional, and delightful she is. As someone who has never been a huge fan of getting my picture taken, Meghan put my husband and I completely at ease. She did not micromanage movements with put your hand here or look over there, but rather orchestrated moments.

One of the most special memories of my wedding day was when Meghan asked my bridesmaids to step out of my bridal tent leaving my mom and I alone for a few moments, at which point Meghan pointed out this might be our last just the two of us times before I got married. The photos of that are beautiful, but Meghan gave my mom and I a moment to pause and soak it up. The day was full of these little moments like these between my husband and I, of course, but also our family and friends, all made possible by Meghan. From having my husband and I kiss in the middle of a river to snapping my terrified parents being hoisted in the horrah, Meghan captured it all. We loved working with her and will cherish the images she created for the rest of our lives.

There are so many great things we could say about Meghan. First and foremost, she is extremely professional and on her game, that is for sure. Aside from that, she is such a sweetheart. She was always such a pleasure to interact with prior to the wedding, and on the day of she blended into the environment so easily as if she was just another one of our friends taking photos. She fit in so well with us and our friends/family... but she is also stealthy AF and is able to really capture the true emotion of the day with some authentic and candid shots. Looking back at our wedding in October 2017 its now very easy to see what the important things were and what faded into the background of memory.
Our vows, how adorable the flower girls were, the heartfelt speeches from our siblings all come to the top. Another big part of our wedding was how amazing it was working with Meghan and her team. They put us at ease and captured all the emotional, silly, and important moments with extreme talent and professionalism. Besides my actual husband, our photos are my treasured prizes from our wedding.”
